KELVEN TAN

Founder

A real estate enthusiast and an avid entrepreneur, Kelven has a successful track record in lucrative property developments and building sustainable businesses. He co-founded CPI Land Sdn Bhd, which successfully completed the luxurious Avantas Residences located in the heart of Old Klang Road. His years in the field has seen him involved with projects that have a combined GDV of RM1.1billion.

His greatest asset is his vast network and relationships with property industry leaders, giving him invaluable insights and first hand information.

Kelven oversees each project selection by analysing the property market and upcoming developments. His experience is key to identifying high potential quality investments.

YONG KIM SHENG

Head of Operation

With over 10 years of experience in the field of banking and financial services, Yong has navigated through the unpredictable fluctuations of a full economic cycle.

With his invaluable experience, Yong works closely with G-Vestor’s director in sourcing for projects with attractive financial returns. Aside from that, Yong also works with partner banks to structure the best financing options for our clients.

LANCE WONG

Head of Leasing & Strategy

Lance leads the leasing and sales strategy development for G-Vestor’s clientele, bringing over 15 years of experience in property management and leasing. Known for his dedication to service excellence and commitment to client peace of mind, Lance plays a pivotal role in delivering G-Vestor’s comprehensive real estate solutions.

In 2024, Lance spearheads a dynamic team managing over RM300 million in property assets across both commercial and residential sectors. During this period, the leasing team successfully secured tenancies covering more than 500,000 square feet of rental space.

Under Lance’s leadership, G-Vestor has also completed several strategic acquisitions, including the successful purchase of a hotel property—marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion into the hospitality sector.

JOSEPH WANG

Financial Controller

ACCA(UK), CA(M), MBA, BSc,

Professional Accounting cert. (China)

Joseph is G-Vestor's Financial Controller reporting to founder & director. As Financial Controller, Joseph oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit and tax functions at G-Vestor. Joseph joined G-Vestor in 2022 and has worked closely with G-Vestor's senior leadership since his arrival.

Prior to joining G-Vestor, Joseph is a trained Chartered Accountant with medium size and international accounting firms. And also, he has many years of working experience on accounting and operating roles in kinds of industry sector and in different countries for more than 10 years.
